  Our goal is to provide each of our guests with an  up-scale, modern, quiet & private place to call home, while they visit the attractions of Bayfield, Chequamegon Bay, and the Apostle Islands.
 
 
 
  It is vital to us that our guests return often, that they recommend Sailor's Solace to their friends, and purchase our Gift Certificates.

So we will do our best to make all that happen!

  We provide expansive decks with comfortable chairs - a place for that morning coffee, evening drink, a good book, a "Listening Point" in the woods.
 
 
 
The lower unit, "Huloa" shares the name of our old schooner. It is fully accessible.

The upper unit, "Bluenose" (another schooner!) features distant views of Chequamegon Bay, Madeline Island and highlands of Michigan.
 


There is a kitchen in each unit, a microwave, all cooking utensils and
a table that seats four.
 

 

 


Bedrooms contain a queen bed, hanging unit for clothing, side tables and lamps.

 

 

 


In the living room are two comfortable chairs, a futon (with inner spring mattress!) which allows sleeping room for children, TV with basic cable, VCR,
CD player and DVD player.

Bathrooms are spacious, include a tub/shower, two mirrors, and plenty of counter space.

The units have in floor heat and
are air conditioned.
